Irish Life Corporate Business launched its latest online offering in February with Pension Planet Interactive for Group Risk schemes (Risk PPI). This facility provides Financial Advisors with a fast and easy access to many frequently requested items on their Risk scheme portfolio.
Some of the currently available features include:
- Scheme Details – This page includes headline information such as Renewal Date, Non-Medical Limits, Unit Rates and the Next Rate Review date.
- Download of Latest Risk Renewal Data – Member details from the last completed Risk Renewal can be downloaded to an excel spreadsheet.
- Scheme Library - A Document Library containing Renewal Schedules, Pre Renewal and Credit Control correspondence.
- Underwriting Terms - Underwriting Schedules can be printed and live status of member underwriting requirements can be viewed.
- Secure Path – This functionality allows you to send scheme sensitive information such as Renewal Data to Irish Life Corporate Business securely by automatically encrypting files. The information submitted is then generated directly into the Irish Life Renewals Team work queue which means we can ensure a faster turnaround time.
By the end of May there had been over 780 visits to Risk PPI.
Feedback received so far has been very positive with 90% of users surveyed finding Risk PPI ‘Very Useful’ and 100% of respondents stating that they would continue to use Risk PPI*. This reinforces our belief that there is a real benefit in this facility.
We are not stopping there. More opportunities have been identified and we aim to increase the functionality. Work is well under way on Phase 2 of Risk PPI. Enhancements should start to be seen during the second half of this year.
