COVID-19 (Coronavirus) – update for our customers

In light of the nationwide and global situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to continue the delivery of our services, while protecting the safety and welfare of our staff and our wider community.


We will continue to listen to and follow the advice of the Irish government and the Health Service Executive, for all our colleagues. In line with government guidance our service contingency plans are now in place and most of our people will be working from home over the coming weeks. 

We are continuing to manage all critical day-to-day services and the timely processing of financial transactions like paying claims and paying pensions.

We always do our best to respond to you as quickly as possible. However, during this time we’re sorry we are unable to take your phone calls at the moment and that there may be some delays on your email queries.
