Electronic signatures in PRSA application forms

With the change in working environments we have adapted our processes for receiving PRSA application forms. |
We now accept DocuSign to capture electronic signatures on PRSA application forms. In addition, we also now accept the electronic signatures from the following:
• Adobe Sign
• HelloSign by Dropbox
• Nitro Pro
• OneSpan
• PDFfiller/SignNow
• Zoho
All these providers meet the European eIDAS standard and provide clear and detailed audit trails or completion certificates. These are either incorporated into the document or available as a separate download. As with DocuSign we require the backup to be included with any forms in which these electronic signature solutions have been used.
