  • Help enable the best outcomes for your absent employees: our internal team of nurses will guide your absent employees by signposting services and to help manage them back to work.
  • The service will be available for all insured members covered in your Income Protection policy.
  • This new service comes at no additional cost.

When should I call the helpline?

You can call the Early Intervention helpline for advice on any absence.

The helpline is open Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 12.30pm and 1.30pm – 4.30pm.

What's next?
