Early Intervention

What is the Early Intervention Service?

If you have your Group Income Protection with Irish Life, then you already have access to our Early Intervention Service. Our internal nursing team will help you and your employees in the early stages of absence management, offering recommendations, rehabilitation assistance and return to work plans where appropriate.

What are the benefits of the Early Intervention Service (EIS)?

Help enable the best outcomes for your absent employees: our internal team of nurses will guide your absent employees by signposting services and help manage them back to work.

The service is available for all insured members covered in your Income Protection policy.

There is no cost to the employer or employee for using this service.
