New Online Member Portal

We are delighted to announce that our new online Member Portal will be rolled out to all DC clients in the coming months. 

This exciting development will provide DC members with a fully interactive pension experience that is:

                                                 

The Portal makes Defined Contribution pensions:

  • A streamlined and improved registration and log in process.

  • The portal contains a simplified ‘pension target’ message. 

  • The portal is fully integrated. For example, the pension gap tool used on the portal is identical to the one included in our recently revamped benefit statements. This ensures that the information we provide to members is consistent across all of our communication channels.

  • We have taken the hassle out of making fund switches by allowing members to request a fund switch online.

What do you need to do?

Nothing! DC members will be automatically directed to the new portal when they sign in. We just wanted to let you know about it.
